Hi.
I figured I'd pop in and correct some things.
Let's begin:
Braddock told us Custom Games would track ToW progress,
That's what I was told at the time and the information I relayed was accurate at that time. (And fun fact: It's something I'm pushing for internally because I also think it should track progress. As soon as we have any new information from the team, we'll be sharing it.)
he told us skins that we earned would not be for sale (Pit Crew)
I don't recall that, and if I did, my apologies. I've done my best to be as transparent as I can be (and the information I'm given allows me to be) regarding customization.
Question though: If you were able to earn it and not pay for it (with CC or BOINS), but now people have to, what's the harm against you? I'm not being sassy. I legit am curious what the actual issue is.
The guy promised Firestorm players information on a patch and then ignored it for over 3 months! Firestorm duos!
Yeah, I was told there would be further development on Firestorm (based on the roadmap we had and the blogs on the Battlefield website), then Update 4.0 hit and everything went sideways. Then our studio leadership team made the tough choice of putting Firestorm changes on the back-burner to get the core game... working. And they announced that when it was apparent more focus was needed on BFV to get it back into a better state. This was announced in the Summer.
I don't lie. I provide the information I have available to me at the time - and if it changes, I do my damndest to correct it. I may make a mistake, I may say something that changes in the middle of the night making my original statement no longer correct, but I never intentionally work to mislead anyone. If that was part of my job requirement, I wouldn't be working here.
Anyways, have a great day.
