[2020] Weapons and vehicle specializations randomly reset and requiring CC to re-unlock, is this a common issue?

Encountered a weird issue logging into the game yesterday. I opened the Armory and the Shipments section was full of skins, weapons, and vehicles that I already had unlocked. Including base game items that I've unlocked and ranked up months ago. It looked as if I was unlocking them for the first time.

When I went into the Company, I found that 4 weapons from each class, and 1 plane and 1 tank from the British and German factions (so 4 vehicles total) had their specializations fully reset to 0/4. If the specs were only reset, that wouldn't be a big deal, as I could just reselect the specs I want. But it wants me to pay CC to unlock the specs I already had. To fully spec out those 16 weapons and 4 vehicles again is 45,600 CC. Even if I did have that much CC left, I am not going to pay to re-spec guns that I already fully customized.

Any one else experienced this?
