New Update causing FPS Drop and Lag?

I know that it kinda makes no sense that an update dealing with Anti Cheat would drop my fps but for some reason it has. I promise that Im not cheating but unfortunatly with this new Update Ive had terrible FPS and FPS Drop. Before the Update I use to have up to 120-160 FPS but now I can barely get over 100. No Matter how I set my resoultion and grahpics settings I still get terrible FPS lag and drop. I suspect it has something to do witht he Update because everything was fine before it and now I have all these problems. Anyone know why this is happening and/or how to fix it. EDIT: Fixed my problem. The update undid the "Disable Fullscreen Optimization" option so all I did was turn it back on and it fixed my problem. Everything is all good now.
