It definitely is. It was actually announced for “later this year”. It’s still a little ways off, but it’s looking to have a big offering of tools and settings. When we get closer to release, we’ll start diving into the features and tools that you’ll be able to use.
New tools and settings are great, but for the system to flourish bug fixes need to happen as well. Currently there is a severe issue with the idle kicker activating during pre-round on Community Games, this makes it virtually impossible to start a public game without the coordinated help of multiple people.

I can't say definitively as I don't want to set an incorrect expectation. As we do get closer to the internal date, we'll share more details of the features coming to the Community Games experience and a date on when it will drop.
