[2019] Is this april fools?

I can't believe what I'm seeing in this update.
They launched 10% of a game, f*cked over Deluxe Edition Customers and slowly, s l o w l y dribbled content into the game. Generally, at a speed where you would "Consume" new content faster than they would add it. Meaning buying stuff and trying out and getting used to modes.

Today I am finally seeing a decently sized content drop, interesting weapon skins and nice soldier outfits... and 90% of it is locked behind a PAYWALL?
