You should report them properly, using the FAQ on EA Help.

That being said, I've heard about these HKR folks though, so if you have a video, you can PM me the video link - but make sure to include the date and time (note what region you're in).

Sorry you had trouble with the search feature on EA Help. I’ll send a note to the web team to ensure that the main article surfaces first - might be a weird SEO issue. Not my area of expertise and when I searched the term “report cheating” the link below popped up first for me. The URL is : https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/

Not being part of anti-cheat, it’s not my job to handle cheaters, and I have to report them the same way as everyone else when I see them in-game. In extreme cases, I can forward details to the anti-cheat team, but that’s just to put it on their radar.
