If you buy a copy on a disc, it's around $15-$20. It won't have any of the catch up stuff from the Year 2 edition ($50) but you can earn all guns with Company Coin without spending a dime. It will be a while before you can buy cosmetics with CC though because you'll be spending it all on weapons and specializations.

My recommendation for folks who are curious to try it out (beyond engaging with folks on Twitch/Mixer or watching YouTube) will always be to set up a Subscription to EA or Origin Access Basic and play the game for a month at barely the cost of lunch.

The way it's setup, you can sub, then immediately cancel your sub so that it won't auto renew and that way if by the end of the month you feel you're having a good time, you're in the best place to decide which way you go about playing the game (either buying it physical, second hand, Digital, EA Access sub etc.)

Anything you do carries with you from EA/Origin Access, plus you get the whole rest of the catalogue to play with.

(Not a #ad btw - just a big believer in this sort of stuff! If you're an xbox player you should absolutely check out Gamepass, it's a bloody steal to be able to play Gears and Sea of Thieves and everything else for a couple of quid).

I initially had planned to cancel my EA premium after BFV launched(wanted that early access) I’ve recognized though that the catalog of games that comes with it makes it by far my favorite sub service.

I can honestly say I’d cancel something like Netflix or Hulu long before I ever drop this.

Dragon Age Inquisition and Burnout Paradise are worth it on it's own for me!
