Yep, just highlighting that it's not forgotten and it's not "some" but a very considerable number of players (I don't think anyone would be against not being gender locked)
Gonna be really honest with you, as I always try to be: This is not a priority with the Dev team. If they are working on it (IF), it's far down on the list of things they want to bring to the game. (Had a meeting about various bugs/issues/feature requests today and this particular item was discussed.)

And no, that's not what you want to hear. Unfortunately, part of my job is to share that sort of news. But it is accurate information and I feel you deserve to know.

Well I’m sorry mate but what exactly is their priority right now? A 5v5 mode no one asked for?
I just don’t understand what the dev team do all day. This “live service” has been going for eight months now, and this game is still a broken mess with no maps.
The priority is maps and bug fixes. Mercury just released, Al-Sundan is coming in the next update, Marita next month, plus 2 in August, Firestorm QoL improvements, and Chapter 5 - a whole new theater of war with new factions, more maps, weapons, vehicles, etc.
I am shat on for repeating your exact words every time this topic comes up. It’s something people really want but keep forgetting they already have their answer. They just choose to ignore it and instead believe you are ignoring them.
