For whatever reason the default Garand fire rate is now at 257, except the damage is so bad it's equal to the new turner which has a 360 fire rate.
Upgrading it to the heavy load gives more damage and more fire rate now. FFS

External link →That is just messed up metadata. The actual ROF is 300 rpm default and 257 rpm with heavy load.
