[2019] Dice you F...ed up royally since the last patch

I lost over 80,000 CC in cosmetics as a result of the patch. I finally get the Sten to lvl 5 and no Sten proficiency assignment. Then the missing XP this past week and over the weekend. Speaking of the weekend. Servers messing up and crashing you guys can do better. The problems were evident early enough to prevent the crashes but you allowed the problem to cascade into a full blown system wide crash.

I agree this game has potential but it will never reach it as long as you, Dice, are involved. Yea I know you are catching flak for EA and the same goes for them.

The fact is there is ZERO leadership, Half Hearted attempts at communication and when we have an event like Sunday you folks are as quite as a Church mouse. There should have been a thread with no less than an update every 30 minutes on the status and apologies. Instead silence.

1.) Jeff Braddock was on twitter every hour updating people on the status of the EA wide Server/System outage. He was doing this on his day off to keep everyone up to date. Real time alerts on situations like this are almost always covered on Twitter and not reddit.

2.) This reddit is not owned by nor is it maintained by EA/DICE. So unless an employee of EA/DICE feel like it's warranted and take the time to make a post here, there will be no updates on server outages or things of that nature here. In fact, we actively remove posts about server outages because when they occur, we get multiple posts spamming the same message/question about the servers.

3.) The crash was not Battlefield specific. It was EA wide. All EA titles were affected.

4.) I also am missing some CC and skins, all it takes contacting EA Help and they will restore what you are missing. EAs tech support is actually surprisingly good.
