How many PCs have you tried installing it on (be honest - we can check)?
- My desktop and lap top.
my lap top was connected to my hotspot and may have been using multiple IP's so I dont know if that had anything to do with it maybe?
Possibly. You may have to hit up EA Help for some assistance. (Ask to speak to a Specialist.)
Is a specialist different than normal support?
The last few people ive talked to havent been helpful at all.
EDIT: I actually just made a new account and paid 5$ for EA ACCESS and the game boots up perfectly fine its something with my account that is messing up
Specialists are the escalated support team. Tier 2 and up.
Well idk how but after playing a round on a new account and going back to my old one it automatically fixed itself.
