[2019] Lots of issues since last patch

Hi!

Anyone else experiencing a whole lot of issues since the last patch? I am experiencing on a regular basis way more lag, fps drops, hit detection issues, bugs (strange single-bullet deaths, animation issues, not being able to bleed out...) etc. On top of that, I constantly lose the audio in a way that e.g. bullets being fired are no longer audible. Nor is much else (posting a link to a video to the end of this post)

I don't know what has happened. Before the patch the game was just WAAYY better. Now it feels like a hot mess and I am just about ready to quit for good. Anyone else experiencing the same issues? I have a decent computer with an ok internet connection.. but everything was running fine before the latest patch arrived :(
