[2020] No one is talking about how much Plane Flairs ruin combat

BFV's battle with Plane balance has ALWAYS been bad, and it continues today- Planes can still spam spotting at the very ceiling of the map and players cannot do anything about it.

If you've ever wondered why you're constantly spotted even then theres no flair in the air, its probably because the enemy team has dedicated pilots who are constantly deploying flairs at the very ceiling of the map where players cant shoot them. They're so far away that you can barely even SEE them, but they functionally have no difference from someone firing on in plain site.

Planes shouldn't have the ability to deploy spotting flairs until a clear balancing method has been implemented, because with how powerful spotting still is in BFV, a team can NOT fight against it.
