I recently upgraded to the Celebration Edition but found my content from the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition locked, including my Rey and Kylo Last Jedi vanity content.
My guess is wires got crossed somewhere and it now recognizes my "game" as a "new purchase" or something, so I contacted EA Support and they told me
this is how it works?!
They told me you get access to the "highest edition" of content and not anything else. that upgrading to the Celebration Edition replaces the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition. Finally they told me any other concerns are concerns for the PlayStation Store. Of course, the PS Store is experiencing high volumes of calls post-Christmas, so I can't get through to anyone.
This little bit of information is nowhere in the Celebration Edition announcement. Is this seriously true?
