Information I'd need to get some form of information back from the team:
- What platform are you on?
- When did you purchase the Celebration Edition?
- What is your EA account name (or if it's on a third-party platform, what is your Gamertag or PSN ID?)
- What steps have you made to try and fix this, have you tried reinstalling the celebration edition for example?
- If you're on a third-party platform like Xbox, are you game sharing?
- When did this start happening for you?
