[2020] Cant play online, error code 721 (cant connect to EA servers"

Im on pc. I havent played the game in a while and just updated it today, and for some reason I cant play online. I keep getting the error code "721" and the screen says "Cant connect to EA servers". This had never happened to me in any game. Any help??
