[2020] [PC] Milestones not working?

Just completed at least two milestones in co-op (probably more than two), including the one where you need to get 50 kills with the officer class as well as another one where you need 100 kills with Kylo Renn and I didn't get any of the rewards. The milestone shows up as "100/100" in the main menu but for whatever reason ain't grayed out. (and no I didn't get any crates either)

I was wondering if this is currently a known issue and whether there is anything that can be done to get the milestones to work.
