[2019] Weekly Bug Report and Tech Support Thread - July 28, 2019

Hello everyone, and welcome to this week's bug report and tech support thread!

This thread is for any and all issues you may have with the game, be it the game's fault or your machine's fault. When describing your issue, please include as many details as possible, including your platform, when you first noticed the issue, steps to reproduce the issue, and any photographic or video evidence of the issue you might have.

Example: 

Platform: PC

Problem: Starting Battlefront II causes the lights in my house to flicker.

First noticed the issue: August 29, 2018 (Elite Corps Update)  

Steps to reproduce:  Turn on lights in house, open Origin, double click Battlefront II.  Lights immediately start flickering.

Please keep in mind that we do not work for DICE, so we cannot guarantee that posting bugs here will get them noticed by DICE or EA staff members, or that they will be fixed anytime soon. We reccomend that you also post any bugs you find at EA Answers HQ, as issues posted there have a greater likelihood of being noticed and logged by EA staff.

Problem: Everytime my friend joins my in game party he can’t load into matches, he consistently gets ‘error 201’. When he is not in the party it works fine. He can’t join my games either he gets the error as well. This makes it pretty hard for us to play in the same squad since you cant change your squad when you join a game later in the match (the only way I can play with him is by joining his matches).

First seen: couple days ago for me but I found a bunch of old posts with the same problem

This error code is usually the sign of a porting issue, you or your friend can open their ports via the steps in this article, this should hopefully resolve the problem.

Reproduce: play a really long game of capital supremacy (usually only happens in long ones)

This is a known issue, one which we are currently working on resolving.
