Over the last couple of weeks, the same questions keep on popping up on this sub. I thought it might be a good idea to consolidate them. Feel free to add any other questions i might have missed. Also, search this sub for answers - you will be surprised how many times the same question gets asked.

Community transmission / January Content timing.

• CT when?
  • Ben Walke is not back until January 15. Don't expect any Community Transmissions until the second half of the month.
• When is the new content arriving?
  • No specific date has been provided. Speculation is during the second half of the month when DICE is back from their holiday break.
• What is the new content?

New content outside of the January release.

• Why haven't we gotten weapons even though DICE promised them post-launch?
  • Read this thread and this thread.
• What are the chances of getting Starfighter skins?
  • Very low at the moment.

Game population / is the game worth it?

• How's the population for SWBFII on XBOX, PS4, PC in Europe/North America/Asia/Australia?
  • Consoles (XBOX,PS4) have higher population than PC. PC has a healthy gamer population you can find games.
  • North America and Europe are the best-populated regions.
  • Per Dennis Brannvall (Franchise Design Director), SWBFII is beating its weekly player numbers going back to January 2018.
• Is this game or a particular version of the game worth it?
  • Short answer - yes.
  • Long answer -search this sub. There have been at least 5 threads asking this question.

Mods for PC

• What are the best mods I can get for PC?
  • Go to Nexus mods and look at the most popular mods.

Issues with SWBFII

• Why is my game crashing / having this particular issue?
  • Search this sub before posting. Chances are that someone else runs into the same issue.
  • Visit https://answers.ea.com/ and search there.
  • If you don't find what you're looking for, then post there.
• What's up with the "Sorry we can't grant you this reward..." error message?
  • DICE knows about the issue
  • It will be fixed in the January update.
• What's up with the Error 201 issue?
  • Go to answers.ea.com and do a search there.
  • Some suggested that using a VPN might resolve the issue.
• The game won't launch on PC after the latest update.
  • Go to your game library
  • Right-click on your game
  • In the middle of the menu select "Repair"
  • Note: You need to be connected to the internet to repair the game.
• How do I report an issue I can't find an answer for?
  • Go to answers.ea.com and post there.
  • Use the latest Weekly Bug report to submit your issue.

Finding others to play and providing feedback to DICE.

• How do I find others to play SWBFII with?
  • Search for the latest post of Weekly Friend Finder.
  • Post your name there.
