[2019] Is the celebration edition out yet, I'm not seeing it in origin store on my phone? Unless I can only upgrade in game?

Once the updates are out on all platforms and we're happy with the stuff we're seeing, we will look towards pushing the update live. Xbox is about to have it's update rollout, should be a little while after that!
