I suggest that you both contact EA Help, preferably via the live chat function as you will get support on this matter in a lot quicker timeframe than via the email option.

In terms of troubleshooting, I had already offered up some steps here. Although now seeing this happening more, I shall put this on the radar with the team first thing tomorrow.
