[2019] Should I buy Battlefront 2?

I am wondering if I should buy Battlefront 2. I am concerned over things such as the skill curve. It would suck if there was none and everyone was just as good as everyone else and no real skill needed. I would also like it to be not impossible to get better and more stuff without buying a bunch of in-game items with real money. I want a lot of fun content. I don't get to buy games much and don't want to waste my money which I could have spent on RB6 or some other game. Also, how is the community. Toxic? Friendly? Casual? Competitive?
