Before I start explaining my situation, I want to tell you that I'm not a reddit user. I made this account once a long time ago and never used it, because this website is blocked in my country. The only reason I'm here is to share my disappoinment with EA and ask for your help. I am only 16, and English is not my first language. I am also really bad at making paragraphs, I'm sorry if my explanation is hard to understand. I'll try my best. I really need your help. Here we go.

Two-three weeks ago, I bought Origin Access. It was a dealbreaker, and I got hooked on BF4 and SW:BF2. I could run BF4 with no fps drops at medium settings, but there's a catch for SW:BF2.
My PC has the Disk problem where sometimes it will get stuck at 100% usage for no reason. This will cause SW:BF2 to lag, even unplayable at some point. I have a GTX 1050 Ti paired with i5 6400, and when the Disk problem occured, I couldn't even run the game at lowest setting@ 1360x768 (I'll give proof later as it will be more fit then). The only way I could play this game is by not doing things that will use my Disk such as downloading, opening apps, etc. Then sometimes my Disk would work fine with only 1-3% usage. When this happens, I can run SWBF2 normally @90-120fps. Little did I know, this problem will lead to my ban (twice). All proofs are on my second ban, since I KNEW that the ban would happen again. I'm glad I recorded everything.
• First Ban (Two weeks ago) I was having fun playing this game online, until the Disk problem occured. My game stuttered really bad and I tried to do anything to fix my fps. I had (and still have) no idea how DirectX works, so I turned on DirectX12 at settings hoping it would fix my problem. After restarting the game, my game couldn't run and would always crash on startup. There was no way to disable the DirectX12 that I just turned on. Luckily, I found a YT video for people with the exact same problem.

I then followed the instruction, and edited the game files to disable DirectX12. It worked. After that, I played on Endor with a little bit stutter. When I was on the final objective (control room), there was a message on the top right corner on my screen which says "Fairfight 1 Week Suspension - LvL3 Monitoring Active #o3Z8...." Then I got kicked to the lobby and couldn't join any match, with the same message appearing ln my screen. I was surprised to find out that it means I just got banned. I found people that also got the one week suspension for no reason on reddit. The staff said that they need to appeal on EA, then they closed the threads. To any staff reading this, please don't close my thread, I have nowhere to go.
After that I decided to appeal in panic mode. I ended up making two threads on different days with different explanation. - Appeal #1 : I made this right after my ban, without any mention of the DirectX12 game files that I modified. I only said I was innocent and I didn't break the tos. - Appeal #2 : I made this a few days after my first appeal. This time with the DirectX12 explanation which I forgot on my first appeal. Both appeal got a 3x24 max reply time (they said.. it's EA after all) The next day, they decided to disable my second appeal for spam. So they didn't know about the DirectX12 thing. I felt mad, but I tried to be patient.
Guess how long I had to wait for the reply? 10 DAYS. They literally replied after my 1 week ban had been gone, and also after I was able to play. They said they did TWO full investigations and found proof of me violating the TOS. This pissed me off so bad, because I knew that I wasn't violating anything but noone would believe me without proof. From that day I swore to have my phone ready to record everything the next time I play. Now here I am, banned for the second time (this time permanently) with proofs on my phone.
• Second Ban (Literally a few hours before I wrote this) After my school week was done, I decided to play this game. Then I found out that the Disk problem that I have was happening. My game stuttered so badly it was unplayable even at the lowest setting possible@1360x768 (I was using an old monitor).

After around 30 minutes, I was finally able to join matches. And in those 30 minutes, I did some fix and somehow I got my Disk usage to 1% for a while. I then decided to record a match for my youtube, since I haven't been uploading. It's ironic that I got banned a few hours after this. I legit was planning to make this game my main game for my youtube.
After I uploaded the match, I decided to do my homework. When my homework was done, I decided to play again. Somehow my Disk got into 100% usage again, and I had to play with the stutters again. Then I got into a match on Starkiller Base. After finishing the game, I suddenly got kicked into the lobby and got a message saying I got banned.
So there are two reasons (which shouldn't be) why I might got banned : 1) I edited the game files to disable DirectX12 2) The 100% Disk usage which made my game stuttered. I think this one seems more likely cause I have proof that I got kicked for stuttering on cam.
Now here I am, asking for your help instead of EA's because I know their reply will be worse than my first ban. I really hope you guys can help me somehow, anything you do I will be grateful. I just want to play this game, I really liked this game:(
