They added a ball before ashoka

So much goes into adding characters as well. Perhaps we originally wanted to do someone else, but due to timeframes were unable to get voice actors (could l/did/might happen).

Lots of reasons why some things end up in a game and others not. Even if it looks like a fairly simple decision from the outside.
