[2020] Has anyone who suffered from the bug back in december get their rewards?

Back in December there was a glitch preventing people from getting their event rewards, I still haven't gotten the kenobi emote even tho I completed the challenge for both it and the kenobi voice line. The bug in question kept sending me in game messages that told me I got it but when I went to crates or Mauls emotes it wasnt there.

This is the first i've heard of this bug and I had tried to be around as much as possible during the holidays too, out of curiosity did you take any footage or screenshot showing that you had completed it? Have you tried to get in touch with EA Help to see if they could send through the item manually? What platform did this occur on?
