For those wondering why the games look different yet very similar at the same time, I believe we changed how lighting works in the second one to fit a different aesthetic.

Specifically, Rogue One. TFA is closer to some of the other films.

It makes sense, considering it has a heavy military vibe.

If you look up original videos of BII lightsabers, they were very similar to Vader's in the iconic RO scene.

Probably because a lightsaber was only used once. Iā€™d check out the Vader scene on YouTube to see it clearly.
