In any case, we have passed the information through to the team and we are currently assessing the validity of the claims and may communicate further in the future, if necessary, on the investigation.

Naturally we take player privacy very seriously, and if you believe people are violating the Terms of Service, I would highly encourage you to report them to EA with the tools and functionality available to you.
