[2021] How to unlock Specialists?

Sorry if this question has been asked multiple times, but how are we supposed to unlock new Specialists when they get released?

Do you have to buy them with real money? Do you get them by completing challenges? Do you get them for free?

I wanna know how you will be able to unlock new Specialists in the game.

Please help me out.
