[2023] Lis needs her ability changed or nerfed significantly

I love flying the Nightbird, and I'm pretty decent at it, but these Lis rockets have gotten insane. I can dodge most of them but when there are like 3-4 at a time every 30-45 seconds it's just nuts. Almost every single death I've had in any heli has been to a Lis rocket in the past few weeks.

I'd hope for a change that would limit the controllability after a certain distance. Or maybe just a maneuverability nerf. Rant over.
