[2019] Missing stuff still hasn't been returned

Post got buried so I'm making a new one.

tl;dr: Wednesday afternoon everything ever earned or purchased in the game went missing. Including DLC guns, camos, everything. Black Market trying to resell sh*t to me. All consumables Zombies Elixirs gone, all 9000+ Nebulium Plasma gone. Been over 3 days, game still unplayable. Only thing I've heard from support is that the issue has been moved to higher priority, still won't give me an ETA.

Edit: some people might question "unplayable" so I'm adding this edit. If you don't care about earning cases, Plasma in Zombies, beating records, etc, and you want to play strictly for shooting people/Zombies, then the game is playable. But progress is completely gone, reset to day one. If I progress, when they finally restore my account, will all progress made during this time be reset? Will I lose my 4th event Bribe? Perhaps I'm using the wrong word, but to me personally, this means unplayable.
