OP, you have to tag me in the comments for me to receive the tag. Try not to edit the post right away too when tagging via comment. It's been having some odd effects.
I'm reaching out to our team to find out if our notes were wrong or if the update didn't occur.
Update: Date was off as we've moved the playlist updates to coincide with PC Update 1.22. These will be live tomorrow.

Update 1.22 is rolling out right now. We'll have notes up soon. - Playlists may require an additional game settings change.
Since you're here already and I know you got alot on your plate, may I ask who makes the decisions to have 3 playlists up that are only Quads (4 people) - Hot Pursuit, Quads, and Alcatraz?
Quads will be Ghost City on NA Servers because everyone in Hot Pursuit..
Why not Solo, Hardcore Duo and Quad for a change so we can actually play Quads???
The curated playlists are a mix of in-game data, community feedback, and support for new or fan-favorite modes. I'll share your feedback regarding Quads being paired with Hot Pursuit.
