[2019] Contracts reseting before timer

I thought I was just mistaken the first time it happened. But it's now happened 3 or 4 times where I'll check and it'll say "new contracts in 11 hours something minutes" or so, then check again within an hour and it'll say "new contracts in 10 hours something minutes"... But they will all be different than they just were...
