[2019] You can now use Black Market weapons in normal Blackout matches via the weaon stash. Before, it was just in limited time modes. Now it's every Blackout mode. Its now officially Pay to Win.

Blackjack's Stash is still only available in limited-time modes on both maps (including Alcatraz Portals), and NOT in our standard modes of Quads, Duos, or Solos. We'll be adjusting this Message of the Day to be clearer about this... apologies for any confusion.
