[2019] Death effect won’t stay applied. It used to work but now it doesn’t.

Some of my care packages and score streaks will also disappear sometimes. Activision support asked me to send a video of the score streaks disappearing, I did and they are supposedly looking into it but seems as though things are getting worse.
