[2019] I am getting a LOT of Micro Stutters every few seconds in this game no matter what I do. It is driving me crazy =[

But here goes: I have been experiencing a LOT of micro Stutters every few seconds in the game which makes playing very unenjoyable as most gunfights are very luck decided this way. What can be done to fix it?

My gear:

• Graphic Card: AMD R9 390 8GB
• CPU: I7 6700
• Ram: 16GB RAM

• I have tried lowering quality and settings to lowest.
• Turning Vsync on and off
