[2019] Been trying for 3 hours to get support from atvi and cannot get a response.

Wanted to spend a little and buy the ten non-dupe crates for 2400. Hoping I’d get the lupine skin. Every time I try and purchase, it just says “Error”.

Been posting tweets to atviassist for almost 3 hours and I’m not getting any response. I can see that they’re responding to people within minutes of posting, yet I’ve got a 2 1/2 hour old post with nothing. I’ve tried making new posts and still nothing.

Is there a support dev or mod or some avenue on here (Reddit) that could possibly address my issue?
