Hello guys, the PC community desperately needs the help of this community to get Treyarch's attention.
What's going on
For the last few weeks, Blackout is being completely ruined by a group of cheaters, daily, and they even play together, so it's almost impossible to defeat them, gameplay-wise. As you already know, PC has a much lower playerbase, and what it means is that you pretty munch encounter them in every match.
I play FPS since I was very young, I know it's easy to call cheaters good players, I've been called hacker on Blackout quite often even if I'm not that good. But I brought proofs, because I know that's the only way to get a chance of them getting banned.
What I did
A week ago I decided I had enough of it, but still wanted to enjoy a game I paid for and in which I can still have fun my friends (when cheaters are not playing). So I took hours of my time to go in Theater Mode, inspect the games played with them, record clips of each individual cheater and made that post. I was sure that such blatants proofs would be more than enough to get them banned by Treyarch quickly, since there's few "inquiries" left to do. They're clearly cheating, I think no one can deny that after watching that video. They track players behind walls, pre-fire around corner and know exactly when they can loot safely or when engage fights.
A week later
Seven days has passed since my report, and, as of today, they're still playing daily, in team, ruining the 2XP weekend and the whole game. As a player, I feel very frustrated by the lack of actions of Treyarch and I can't believe they're getting away with it. It really sickens me when I open Blackout, join a match and see them already online, playing and winning. I closed so many times the game because I stopped having fun. I'm of those who really enjoys competitivity and I get fun even when I lose, because I want to do better the next game, but with cheaters, it's just depressing.
What we need
I think I can speak on behalf of the PC community when I say this: we can stand bugs, delayed updates, broken weapons and some lack of content. But banning teams of cheaters which ruin the whole game should be top priority, especially when you, Treyarch/Beenox, said how much PC would have been supported. This lack of action scream quite the opposite.
The usual "Will forward to our enforcement team" is not enough anymore, with a severe situation like this. It's 2019, and every developer should follow the Overwatch model, where something your report has an actual feedback
What we really need
Even more importantly, we need some improvements to the anticheat. Even if the cheaters I reported get (finally) banned, new ones will come, and probably I'll need to post again something like this, because Treyarch will slowly focus more on their next project, and the time required to see actions after reports will increase even more. We need to fix the problem at its root.
I made a research myself, and it was pretty easy to find an undetected (paid...) hack, which works with the current version of the game, with lot of positive reviews. So, if it was easy for me, I'm pretty sure it would be at least as easy for Treyarch to find it, study it and make a protection against it. The one I found is being undetected for 5+ months (as the developer happily says in its description).
Treyarch, if you need further info about this, PM me, I'll gladly share further info about it.
A recap of the cheaters
