We appreciate the videos but we recommend reporting in-game moving forward.

Which is exactly why I am recommending that they report in-game. The same team that would process a social-based report also processes the in-game reports.
It's the best avenue available to get a report with all of the necessary data in front of the right people. It always has been.

Not at all, but that is the interpretation that most want to run with because my response is not "we'll ban this person immediately." Unfortunately, that's not how it works. Reports evolve into investigations and investigations can take time.
I'll refer back to our Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Security & Enforcement Policy. It creates an outline of prohibited actions and sets an expectation of enforcement against those whose investigation warrants it.
