[2019] Sparrow in blackout

I don't know if this is a known issue or not but for the past two blackout games when I have picked up the Sparrow, used it, and switched to another weapon my aim as been locked on to the sky.

I have been able to switch weapons, jump, use equipment and all that, But not move my aim away from the sky.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm on Xbox if that helps.
