I've had plenty of interactions with people who have let passion overcome pleasantries and gone on to accept their response and form great lines of communication. I feel in this situation though that it's not the actual intent.

Right. So here's the thing. Criticisms? Cool. Making jokes to invite unintended hostilities or sandbagging for the karma? Not that great. I'd rather the criticism/feedback than what your actual intent to was.
Since your here for criticism when’s MP actually getting balanced? It’s shit show of broken things lowering the skill gap. When are we gonna have Weapon Bribes without Mk2 weapons? When will we be able to earn the weapons only in reserves? When will you all patch the dart glitch in heist? When will collision be fixed? When will you start banning players who actually do glitches and break TOS?

We also do ban violations of our BO4 Sec/Enf policy.
As the only real line between us and treyarch you get a lot of shit and it's not really fair for you.

While I did say that you as a community/communication manager there’s only so much you can do, and you can mostly do what Treyarch allows you to, it doesn’t mean you’re 100% off the hook, and while you’re definitely not at blame for the way micro transactions are, you are at blame for continuously avoiding these types of complaints, not every negative post about the game is intended to slam the developers and the people at Treyarch.
And here’s the thing, you’re saying you’re okay with criticism, but yet I never noticed you actually reply to a post like that until today, which is exactly the point of this post, you’re never around when there’s criticism or backlash, hence the “Bravo Six, Going Dark” joke

Not even trying to troll/pile onbecause it seem like you're kinda mad but since your here have you included the fact camos and weapon charms are pieced out per gun in order to dilute loot in any of your forwards to the higher ups?
Im sure u have but since ur here my feedback is that maybe they could be set per weapon type/class
So then you unlock a charm that states (for smgs) instead of (for mx9) and you'll be able to use it on all smgs etc etc.
