This guy is trying to downplay his cheats and whenever he ends up in MVP, he instantly leaves the match. And most of the time we get nothing to see after 1 kill as it shows only a still image while still seeing medals being earned. But this time it didn't work for him and we got to see him snap aiming 2 targets during MVP. So I went to check it out in Theater and saw he was snap aiming headshots multiple times. Over 85%+ of his kills are all headshots.
On his first target, this person kept looking at that area and as he was about to walk away he still looked at that side and happen to see the target appear and instantly headshot him. There are multiple places where he is pre-aiming people behind walls even if its long distance. He doesn't have dead silence, so he should be able to hear enemy footstep with his own footstep causing so many noises.
Even decent players know that you don't walk with the specialist ability and obstruct your reactions to shoot like this guy... Decent player moves to the spot, then take out specialist ability to place it. This guy is Prestige 154 FFS!
