[2019] A small Blackout QoL request

Treyarch, could we please get a way to see what kind of armour our teammates have in the HUD? Like different coloured bars or something? I know that Level 3 used to have more bars a while back so you could tell, but this would just be a tiny quality of life improvement if you weren’t a full party - similar to how you can see if someone has a trauma kit on/equipped!
