This can mean multiple things. It could mean you're karma farming with a fake/doctored image. I'm asking because if this is actually happening then I would like to gather as much information as possible and send it to our team.

I mean I'll take your word for it. It's just I have to make sure because, unfortunately, some people think it's a good idea to create fake situations or refuse to assist with tracking things. Especially so for "the troll" or "the karma."

You've shared elsewhere that you completed reserves after this image. If you have obtained all reserves, then the duplicate protected crates will not offer new items moving forward.
I believe you would need to host the clip to your OneDrive and share that video. Here's a link that explains that somewhat.
That would be self explanatory , why would it let me open a crate if I had the reserves completed then ? Idk 😐 waste of 6 cases

Sorry you had to deal with this thread, it was painful to read.
I want to and will always try to give the benefit of the doubt to a thread or a poster. I'm not mad, upset, or disheartened here in the slightest. I've got some feedback I can take to the team and a discussion that can build out of it.
I am however going to step out and get lunch right now though. :P
