Yes, I know that you can play FFA in the Lone Wolf Moshpit playlist. However, you have to be really lucky to find a FFA match in the gamemodes rotation and no one really plays that playlist anyway, and I believe it's because no one has interest in playing the other gamemodes (One in the chamber, gun game, etc.).
If there was a FFA only playlist I'm sure there would be people playing it, just as TDM. u/treyarch_official u/TreyarchPC
