[2020] Fishy player, wallhack and triggerbot?

My loadout is Ghosts and Deadsilence and yet somehow this guy keeps killing me the moment I appear instantly. So I went to watch in theater mode and it looks very fishy.

Judging on how he places his specialist, he's quite the noob whilst camping. But on the next match, I saw him run to a mid-corner on the same map without care for middle lane using the same setup.

My perspective when reviewing this video, he seems to only aim when someone is about to appear and hardscope it regardless if the other side has people or not. Then on another time he suddenly makes 170 degrees turn and shot me when I landed from the sky and turn instantly and shot me again. This is all without UAV. Given, I don't have Coldblood, so he can see my body highlight, but this shouldn't be a reason for this person to aim the correct side at the doorway edge when he can't even see me yet.

While slowing down the video the moment he is about to fire, his reaction to fire seems to be instant the moment the cursor is on target at the edge of an object.

On 2 kills, he pre-aimed and fired before even seeing the target. One at spawn and one at the Side Lane, inside the house with a garage.

He seems to pre-aim every time someone is about to appear and yet when no one is there, he won't aim. He had no UAV either.
