[2019] Cheater PC, [aimb]scoop. See video for details

After seeing all the reports about cheaters I really couldn't believe my luck, but it finally happened, I encountered a cheater. His name is [aimb]scoop. I think he is using some kind of aim assist. His accuracy is insane, nothing I have ever seen in BO4 before. I got the video for the proof so please check it out. So about the video. At the very beginning I copied the clip from the last seconds of the match. There you can clearly see his aimlock going crazy. After that video shows more interesting moments from the whole match. You can tell this guy isn't obvious but I think he is cheating.
