I suspect that this is caused by you not using the Default keybinding preset. Try using that to reset your keybinds first, then adjust your custom binds accordingly.

Deleting bindings.cfg from within the players folder is the best bet for resetting. Make sure to delete them from the Battle.net profile folder as well. This is a folder within the players folder.
Any information regarding an unintended partial or full keybind reset would be great to pass along to the team.
