[2021] Stuck in a gunfight tournament I didn’t even get to play in and I can’t leave

Four matches including mine simply did not even begin in the gunfight tournament. I closed my game and restart, I’m now FORCED back in to the tourney and it didn’t even start for me. I straight up cannot play the game at all. This is a serious issue right now, I literally cannot play Cold War I’m stuck looking at a gunfight screen. The rest of the tournament is at a halt because some matches are unable to even finish, which means everyone who wins plus the people who’s matches didn’t start cannot play and are stuck on this screen.
