Connectivity issues like this should always be flagged with our Player Support.

As for not commenting: My personal bandwidth is unfortunately finite. This thread is approximately 12 hours old which puts it to being created before I was even awake for the day. Following up on other items, meetings, and much more pull me away from responding in a timely manner sometimes. When you can't reach me, please reach out to Player Support.

Edit: Just to make sure I'm abundantly clear, the team is still investigating this.

Thread Update: Players share a PlayStation workaround, which involves disabling your network while in-game, that we highly advise against performing.

The nature of this workaround could potentially delete / negatively impact your stats and progress on Black Ops Cold War.
