[2021] Account has been reset to level 1

Got an email 2 days ago about password being changed and then 2 more emails saying my accounts been unlinked to my ps5 and Xbox. Only just saw them today as I went to play cod tonight I had to log into my activision account and when I got in I was level 1 and have lost all weapons, perks, skins etc

According to my friend my name in cod is different aswell. I signed into my activision account on my phone and it has my correct name and info there and says it’s linked to my PlayStation but still have nothing unlocked.

Does this sound like it’s been hacked? Is there any way to get my account back?
